Jobvite Integration Capabilities

  • Syncing External Jobs into Drafted
  • Automatically Send Referrals into Jobvite
  • Automatically Send Applicants into Jobvite

API Access

Drafted requires access to the following endpoints to enable the current capabilities of the integration:

  • api.jobvite.com/api/v2/job
  • api.jobvite.com/api/v2/contact
  • api.jobvite.com/api/v2/candidate

The API keys to access these endpoints can be obtained by opening a ticket with Jobvite and requesting these keys. We can provide additional assistance in getting these keys from Jobvite.

Syncing External Jobs into Drafted

Each night we will sync new jobs and updated job information from Jobvite into Drafted. Only jobs marked as external in Jobvite will be synced and they will be posted as publicly visible jobs on Drafted.

Automatically Send Referrals into Jobvite

When an employee makes a referral on the Drafted platform that referral and related referral information (referral note, associated job, profile information, contact preferences, etc) is automatically pushed into Jobvite as a contact. Referral information can be found in the notes section.

Here is an example note:

“Jill Smith was imported from Drafted with the following notes:

Samuel Hagman said, "I think Jill Sis definitely worth considering this position."

Automatically Send Applicants into Jobvite

When a candidate applies to an open role on Drafted, that candidate is automatically pushed into Jobvite as a contact. We will send in any profile information we have along with the applicant as well as a note explaining which role the candidate applied for.

Here is an example note:

“Samuel Applicant was imported from Drafted with the following notes: Samuel Applicant has applied through Drafted for the Senior PHP Developer position.”

Samuel Hagman ([email protected]) referred this person for QA Tester.

Passive - Candidate is NOT aware that they were referred

Samuel Hagman's preference for reaching out to this candidate:

No, ask me for an intro

How did we do?
