🎥 How referrals work in Drafted
A referral can come from a couple of different sources.
- An employee from within your company
- Or someone outside of your company
After a referral is made...
- The referral appears under the list of New Leads on the Track page of Drafted
- All information on the candidate from the person that referred them is stored in the candidates Drafted profile
- The candidate is not notified
