Setting up Beamery statuses

Beamery offers a list of default statuses within the database. You may choose to utilize this list or edit it to more closely represent the steps within your sourcing and recruiting process. 

  1. To view and edit the Beamery status list navigate to your Settings page by clicking the icon in the lower left side of the navigation panel.

  1. Once inside the settings menu select the option for Statuses under the Customize Beamery category.  

  1. To add a status, click on the section labelled “Add New Item”. Enter the name of the new status and then click the “+” button to save. The new status will now appear last on the list.

  1. To edit a status, click on the pencil icon next to the status you wish to rename. Once in editing mode adjust the text to your preferred name. To save the change simply click out of the status and anywhere on the screen.
  2. To delete a status entirely, click on the trash icon immediately to the right of the status. A pop up will appear asking you to confirm your choice. Click “Confirm” to delete.
